Outdoor team training

Our forest area in Altenhof near Eckernförde offers many different challenges. For our team trainings we present your group with diverse exercises that promote cooperation and communication. We encourage you to search for unusual solutions to the presented problems. That way you can truly experience how working together as a team comes with new opportunities for success.

Outdoor team challenge

For this event your group will be split in smaller teams. You will be faced with a multitude of different challenges all throughout our companies’ forest area and the high ropes courses nearby. The team that manages to gain the most points during the exercises will be crowned winner of the team challenge.

Impulse Workshops

This type of interactive workshop aims to teach theoretical knowledge and practical communication skills that can be directly transferred to your daily working environment. You can choose to either put the main focus of your schooling on communications of group structures. At the end of the day you will have gained a different outlook on typical situations you encounter during work hours.

Nordic style Olympia

Prove how good you would adapt to a historical setting: During this event you will face different viking inspired challenges in small groups. Try your hands at archery and a multitude of interesting coordination exercises.

Building rafts

You want to find out how well your team adapts to challenges outside the usual work contexts? Our raft building challenge offers opportunities for team work and creative thinking. In small groups you get the chance to try your hands at building a raft, that will then be tested for its ability to float on the water.

City Challenge

We offer different scavenger hunts through the city centers of Kiel, Eckernförde and Kappeln. Throughout this program you are presented with different interactive exercises along a preplanned route in the city of your choice. This activity is your chance to get to know a new city in a fun and untypical way.

Archery

Try your hand at traditional archery and find out how well you can hit a target. We offer archery as a group activity at multiple locations throughout Schleswig-Holstein. This program can help with the visualisation of active work progresses and can open your eyes to different perspectives.

Moonlight Shooting

This evening program offers you the chance to try your hand at archery in a way you never experienced before. We use UV-lights to create a magical and colourful atmosphere in the dark surroundings. To hit the target, you will need to trust your senses and focus on your own abilities.

Outdoor escape game Vikings

Imagine you were imprisoned by Vikings and chained to the world tree Yggdrasil. To escape you will need to solve clever riddles and solve cooperative exercises. But watch out: You and your team must succeed in your escape within 90 minutes, before your guards return from their recent raids.

Outdoor escape game Apollo

Your team was chosen to safe the mission “Apollo” and stop the moon landing from a disastrous fate. But with a missing agent and a threatening time limit you will need to focus on working together to solve the mysterious hints and riddles left for you.

GlassUP

This activity gives your team the opportunity to try out stand-up-paddling on the shores of the Baltic Sea. The use of see-through stand-up-paddling boards allows you to watch what happens under water as you move.

Beach Challenge

Live through your own small Olympic games and fight your coworkers in intense group challenges. To win you will need to prove your cooperation and communication skills in small groups and find creative solutions for interactive tasks. Score points and work towards your very own Olympic gold.

Escape Dinner

Enjoy a delicious 3-course meal with your team members and use all your senses to solve creative riddles and challenges. This activity focusses on socializing and providing a fun experience for everybody so you are not facing any sort of time limit. Yet you get to enjoy classic elements of escape games and uncover an entertaining storyline.

Boßeln

Try your hand at this traditional Frisian winter sport. 100 years ago, people used to roll cabbage from one village to the next as a light hearted group activity. Today we have swapped the cabbage for balls, but the concept remains roughly the same. We enhance your experience by adding creative and fun group challenges along your way. Your group will also be provided with hot beverages for the cold season.
